The Veteran Survey Company is a specialist building surveying practice providing professional damp, mould, condensation and building pathology investigations across South Wales, including Bridgend, Cardiff, Swansea, Newport, the Vale of Glamorgan, Bristol and surrounding areas. Our surveys are undertaken by qualified building surveyors with clear written reports explaining the probable cause of the problem, supporting evidence and practical recommendations for remediation. We work with homeowners, landlords, letting agents, property managers, housing providers and commercial clients. Where remedial work is subsequently required, we also have access to experienced in-house building, roofing and property-maintenance expertise.
