MouldPros is a directory, not a bidding marketplace or a lead-generation service. We don’t sell your enquiry to multiple companies and we don’t charge contractors per lead — you search, find a verified specialist, and contact them directly.
Why we built it
Awaab’s Law has changed what landlords are legally required to do when damp and mould is reported. The obligation to investigate and remediate within fixed timeframes means that having a reliable specialist on call is no longer optional — it’s a legal necessity.
Finding a trustworthy contractor through generic search engines is time-consuming and unreliable. MouldPros exists to make that search fast and confident — a purpose-built directory where every listed business has been reviewed before being approved.
