Damp Care Midlands Ltd

Damp Care Midlands is a family-run business specialising in identifying and resolving damp and moisture-related issues in residential properties. We work with homeowners, landlords and letting agents, providing a professional and straightforward service from initial inspection through to completion of any required works. We take a non-pressured approach to inspections. Our aim is to properly understand the property and identify the cause of any damp issues, rather than simply recommend works without first establishing what is actually required. Following a free inspection, we provide our findings by email along with clear advice and, where appropriate, a detailed quotation for any recommended works. This gives our customers the time and information they need to make an informed decision, without pressure. As a family-run business, we take pride in providing a reliable and personal service. Everything is dealt with in-house from start to finish, giving our customers a single point of contact and ensuring continuity throughout the process. Where damp proofing works are required, our work is provided with a 20-year guarantee certificate, fully indemnity backed. A separate indemnity certificate is also issued, providing additional reassurance and protection. Whether you are a homeowner concerned about damp, a landlord managing a property or a letting agent looking for a dependable contractor, Damp Care Midlands provides honest advice, professional inspections and effective solutions with a focus on quality workmanship and customer care.
