My name is "Mouldy" Paul. I have retired once, but set up this business primarily for my son, Peter. Trained by The National Flood School to adhere to IICRC regulations (only internationally recognised course) on how to remove damp and mould, in accordance to Health and Safety and COSSH. Peter has attended training by myself and attended courses on damp removal. Accredited by Safecontractor and SMAS to PAS 91 level, but the accreditation we hold with Which? is one we are most proud of. Peter does the mould removal along side my niece. My wife assists with painting and my cousin also being involved in the business, makes it truly a family affair. We have contracts with countless letting agencies, housing associations and even a museum. We ask for images to assess the cost and provide our quotation. If we are rewarded with the job, we would also carry out a free damp survey on the day of the mould remediation. An easy to read detailed report would highlight why mould exists and offer recommendations on how to prevent mould returning, all free of charge.
